Scenario 1 - Bill of installation

We offer a full year warranty as long as your equipment has been professionally installed. We cannot stress this enough - your equipment must be professionally installed. By this, we mean you have a bill of installation. Either we have installed your equipment for you or you have had it installed professionally by another company or organization, and they gave you a bill of installation.
Always ask for a bill of installation when you get the equipment installed. Getting a friend of the family or your good friend Steve who has good car audio knowledge is just not good enough. They may know what they're doing but you are voiding your warranty.
Let us install your product
This pushes us to help you with installing your product. It is said that more then 90% of inoperable products in the industry occur from a bad installation, and with some companies completely over-charging and gouging customers for installation fees, you could let us install your product for almost half the price in most situations. Scenario 2 - No bill of installation
We offer a full one-year warranty, if your equipment has been professionally installed. If it hasn't we offer a partial 90 day warranty from when the product was purchased.
Warranty redeemal procedure
We need to first get ahold of your product that is busted, then ship it back to our wholesaler. So it is somewhat of a long process; you will not be able to redeem your warranty and get the product the same day (although we would love to do it for you if we could).
What we can do for you same day is test your blown sub, amp or what-have-you in the shop to see if it is indeed broken before we ship it off to be fixed or replaced.
Some products can be fixed, some cannot. A blown sub-woofer must be replaced and cannot be fixed. A broken amp may be able to be fixed.
We can only replace or fix products that have been broken. We cannot help you if your equipment is stolen, and we cannot give you any form of credit or refund should you decide you don't want the product or don't like it.
