Shipping and payment policies

We ship globally. However, our shipping system is different then some other web retailers. We have a better system in our opinion - it gives you that personal touch we strive for.
After buying an item we'll contact you to setup shipping. Not everyone likes using the same shipping companies; so we like to ask first. Since you're paying for shipping anyways, (unless you buy over $500 worth of equipment) we like to make sure you pay the least amount of shipping required. Unless you want your package shipped express (which isn't always expensive, Canada Post is cheap usually) then you'll likely pay less shipping with us then other companies.
Other companies simply set a "flat rate" - and this is used to ship to anywhere in the country of origin. Any extra amount is pocketed - did you know?
We ensure you pay the least shipping, and we never "pocket" anything. After a successful online or over-the-phone transaction, we will e-mail you to verify what shipping option you prefer. Expect our e-mail or call same day usually.

We deliver!
If you live in Ontario, especially close to Toronto, it's likely we can deliver your product. We'll just drive it to you. This will cost you less then shipping AND you'll likely get it same day/next day.

Payment policies
If you have your heart set on a product, but no credit card (or don't like paypal) we have no problem accepting cheque or money order. Please e-mail us and we will send you further information regarding this topic (this is more secure then us posting our residential/commercial addresses).
